Sent in for an MOT. Was told that mechanics had found problems which would result in MOT failure & which they would need to investigate (at a large cost). Took car to other garage and there were no problems needing addressing.

Everything was dealt with to the highest level of service. Car wasn't ready after 4 days left with them but partly my fault for not confirming time. Made a mistake on my internet booking which was queried as wasn't needed and would have cost more

I was more than happy with the staff however my service records that was not BMW have been taken off and now every time I start my car it telling me about steering pressure

The incompetence of the Service perception resulted in my new front brake pads and discs having to be replaced within about 4 months. This resulted in considerable unnecessary expense (although when I complained, a nominal sum of £100 was deducted.)
