Arrived for appointment to refit summer tyres to be told tyres not available. No attempt to contact me day before to postpone appointment. Issue concerns liaison between Dorchester and Yeovil. Doubled travel and time wasted.

Easy to get an appointment. An excellent money saving offer on the service I had done. Good customer lounge now with excellent biscuits! And yes that does make a difference to how welcoming the showroom is! Refurbished loos are also very welcome.

During the work on the car, the mechanic lost my locking wheel nut. but was replaced free of charge. The service representative Scott was very professional.

Same as above. There was no added value to having the battery replaced at BMW. Also, the quality aspect, e.g. "Get It Right First Time" was missing.

I was told there would be two parts and estimates for the repair work. The first was completed but the second was not estimated for. A week after an oil vacuum pump and rocker gasket cover had been replaced, the rocker cover was faulty and leaked oil

Micro filter hadn't been delivered had to return the next day for fitting. Windscreen wipers (ordered to be fitted during the service) hadn't arrived either so a third visit required. An extra 60 miles altogether. Then no record of service prepayment

Having purchased my car in November 2018 I decided to have front and rear dashcams fitted, this was done however three weeks later still not working properly I will soon be on my third all day trip hoping to get it fixed. NOT GOOD AT ALL.
