If I go to westerly in Yeovil I get offered a drive and collection to where I work and return to collect my car. Strangely I never get this service at Dorchester

BMW Westerly always make sure that I am fitted in with my service and MOT appointments as soon as possible to suit me. I was very happy with my service experience.

With BMW wanting to keep my car all day for just a short service a courtesy car would have been a nice gesture, even if in the event we decided that we didn't really need it.

Fault required 3 visits. 1st visit, part replaced without investigating cause and problem recurred. 2nd visit, incorrect diagnosis. 3rd visit finally resolved. Problem made worse by poor fitting of replacement part on 2nd visit.

Over the phone I was advised to allow 4 hours for the service.We had a curtesy car, dropped our car off at 10 am, returned at 3.30pm and it wasn't ready.We were told to go away for another 1 1/2 hours.Not made clear they could take all day. Expensive

Not good, my driver side headlight was replaced which caused a mark under the light cluster that Westerly tried to rectify but is still there. Also now both headlights have condensation after driving the car for any duration.

All work carried out to time on a day and time of my choosing. Car running well and I have confidence in it. The work was not expensive and makes it worth sticking with a main dealer rather than a smaller garage. (Cheaper than Audi too)!

My service requirement was for replacement of rear brake pads. The job was started at the planned time and completed within the time estimated. The Westerly service reception staff explained to me what work had been done and the car was well cleaned.
