The oil leak problem I had has apparently been rectified and associated service work also completed well. The work took a few days while parts were sourced but I was kept fully updated on the progress of the job.

My car was in for a MOT and two new rear tyres. I was advised that my rear tyres were not in need of replacement, saving me money and personal time. I really appreciated the video sent to me explaining the depth of tread on the tyres and brake pads.

May I recommend an improvement point. Please CALL the customer when their car is ready for collection. Internet in Dorchester is patchy and I waited 4hrs in the cold/rain to pick up my car only to find it was ready two hours earlier due to no e-mail

After the service , the car went into limp home mode, so I limped it to Westerly who loaned me a car without needing to pay the insurance excess waiver fee; they then mended the fault as soon as they could, without the car needing to be booked in.
