Fast response, did extra work at same time as routine service visit, and was cheaper than I expected
After the service , the car went into limp home mode, so I limped it to Westerly who loaned me a car without needing to pay the insurance excess waiver fee; they then mended the fault as soon as they could, without the car needing to be booked in.
They are always thorough and give a good service to their customers

Car going really well and the service department go above and beyond in that they check things like tyre pressures for customers when not in the schedule. This is a little thing but does make me feel that the staff care about customers.

We only dropped the car in to have the CPU codes read to help diagnose a fault and the car was given back to us cleaned! Great service.We were also given advisory notes on some other parts of the car that would need replacing soon. Very helpful.

Service advisor Phil Telling was knowledgeable and very helpful. Dealership is more personal and gave the impression they took more care.I travelled 25 miles to this dealership rather than use my local dealership who do not inspire confidence
As written above plus the fact that they work to a fairly strict timetable so I know that unless something unforeseen is found my car will be ready when promised.

dropped my car off at the agreed time, confirmed it would be with them for approx 3 hours, and arranged to be texted when ready, went for a wander around the town, i was texted about 2.5 hours later to say car was ready for collection.

I couldn't expect more from Westerley; they collected the car, completed the service, cleaned the car inside and out, then delivered the car to my home. I also received a video of the service! 10/10.

Apart from the price of engine oil. Could I supply my own oil on the next service I did feel slightly ripped off by the price.
Westerly Dorchester were almost perfect, but I find your computer generated communication annoying. I was surprised that my tyres had not been inflated to the prescribed levels - they showed small differences.
