As good a service from the garage as l could expect
Very pleasant staff and car loaned while service took place. Surprised how quickly car was ready (2 hours less than time I was told!)
Apart from the price of engine oil. Could I supply my own oil on the next service I did feel slightly ripped off by the price.
Westerly Dorchester were almost perfect, but I find your computer generated communication annoying. I was surprised that my tyres had not been inflated to the prescribed levels - they showed small differences.
No issues and clear communications as ever. Work completed on time. Car cleaned beautifully afterwards

Normally a 5 but on this occasion a nail was found in the rear tyre. I was not informed of this on collection and only found this out when I viewed the video sent to me later.

The car was recalled by BMW and when l was offered a courtesy car l was told it would cost me £10 a dayl said it was your recall and it should be offered free of chargel was told someone would get back to me no one did

Neither the person who phoned from Bridgwater to request that I book the car in, nor the person from Westerly who conducted the post-service telephone call could explain why the car needed a software update, nor what it was intended to accomplish.

I cannot really expand on the previous comments. If I was not happy with the service I would go elsewhere. I have used Westerly and Tice for about 15 years.

What I would expect from a quality brand very professional and courteous
I was informed that my car had been washed but in fact it had not so that makes me wonder if the service had been actually carried out as I would of expected, I now have real doubts as to the professionalism of the company.
I have always been served by courteous and efficient personnel. they also return calls when they say they will, unlike some other makes.
They took there time explaining everything & I was very happy with all there answers to my questions

Only thing dragging this down is I've become used to a special delivery experience from Audi the last 4 years (nice bottle of wine, in a dedicated handover bay, big reveal as the sheet is pulled off). Dorchester BMW is a very small dealership though.
